The Latinos in the United States series provides new monographs and collections that contribute to the knowledge of social, political, cultural, and economic experiences, status, and well-being of Latinos in Michigan, the Midwest, and the United States. The series makes a substantial contribution toward increasing our understanding of the diverse and common experiences of the various groups. The series embraces both established and emerging scholars from a broad range of disciplines, including but not limited to the social sciences, education, health, environment and natural resources, business, history, and cultural studies.
